Clothes moths are sneaky pests. By the time you spot one fluttering out of the wardrobe, there are usually larvae quietly chewing through a favourite jumper, a wool rug, or something hanging at the back of the airing cupboard. This Green Protect Clothes Moth Trap helps you catch the problem early and keep on top of it without using a single chemical.

It's a pheromone trap, which means it releases a synthetic version of the female clothes moth pheromone. Male moths follow the scent in, land on the sticky inner surface, and stay there. By removing the males before they can breed, you break the life cycle, knock the population down, and get a clear view of whether you actually have a problem.

That monitoring role is genuinely useful. If you start seeing male moths captured in the trap soon after setting it, you know there's a source somewhere in the home and it's time to do a thorough clear out. If nothing turns up after a few weeks, you can be reasonably confident your wardrobes and carpets are clear.

The flat, low profile design means you can place it almost anywhere clothes moths like to lurk:

A note on how to use them properly. A pheromone trap on its own won't fix an established infestation, because it only catches males. The fastest way to clear a real clothes moth problem is to combine the trap with a thorough wash or freeze (at least 48 hours in a freezer) of any affected clothing or textiles, a deep vacuum of wardrobe interiors, skirting boards, and the edges of wool rugs and carpets, and ideally cedar wood deterrents in your wardrobes to discourage adult moths from settling in the first place.
