Pest Help Returns & Refunds Policy
Our Promise
At Pest Help, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
You can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Products must be unused and in a resaleable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Please contact us at marcus@pesthelp.co.uk before sending any items back so we can issue a return authorisation and instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened or used pest control products (e.g. bait, traps that have been set, or chemical treatments). If an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product fault or our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item (for example, for a different product), please email marcus@pesthelp.co.uk. We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the exchange process.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please email marcus@pesthelp.co.uk with your order number, details of the issue, and photos if possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
