We aim for Next Working Day Delivery on Pest Control Products ordered before 3.00pm which are for delivery within Mainland UK. This is not always possible, so please allow 3 working days before contacting us about an order made and not received.
Delivery will be made by either private courier company or by Royal Mail 1st class service. A signature will be required so please ensure someone will be at the delivery address to accept receipt of the order.
Please note: delivery of some lightweight items that are prohibited from delivery by Royal Mail are subsidised by pestcontrolproductsonline. and sent via courier. Return of these items may incur a re-stock charge.
We can deliver to a different delivery address other than your own, such as a work or a neighbour's address. If you wish the order to be left without signature and left in a “safe” place, we will do so on your instruction and you will be responsible for the safety of the goods.
